A 24-year-old woman visits the GP reporting of extreme fatigue resulting in her inability to perform well at work. On examination, the doctor notes of cervical lymphadenopathy. A biopsy for the patient’s lymph nodes were requested, and the patient was diagnosed with follicular B cell lymphoma. The patient is given rituximab as a result.
