A 65-year-old male patient is brought to the emergency department by his family due to sudden-onset neurological symptoms. The patient’s family reports that he suddenly became confused and disoriented while having breakfast. Upon arrival, the patient is awake but exhibits significant weakness on the right side of his body. He has difficulty speaking, and his speech is slurred. On examination, there is evidence of right-sided facial drooping and weakness in his right arm and leg. He also has difficulty understanding and expressing language. His vital signs are stable.
